1972 Olds F-85/Cutlass S/Supreme/442 coolant switch

This is a some type of coolant switch for a 1972 Olds F-85/Cutlass S/Supreme/442.  Two electrical connections on top along with what appears to be another vacuum port.  And there are 3 vacuum ports along the side.
